二、职位需求

Sales Trainee (Grocery-Wuhan)

Job Description

· Understand Nestlé sales business process, develop a understanding of the sales channel and customer.

· Engage with customers/distributors cross-functionally and develop Nestlé-Customer relationship.

· Ensure sales target achievement and activity execution.

· Understands the financial goals and measures relevant for Nestlé and Nestlé’s customers

Job Requirements

· Fresh graduates with bachelor and above degree.

· Enthusiastic to join FMCG industry – Nestlé fan preferred!

· Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills.

· A good team player with flexibility, leadership skills, passionate to learn & to win.

· A quick learner who likes challenges and is able to perform under pressure.

· A can-do attitude, mature, self-motivated & energetic.

Sales Trainee (Nestlé Professional-Wuhan)

Job Description

· Achieve sales target though effectively implement channel activities and events, effective market visits, ensure sales performance. Maintain customer relationship, improve customer service level.

· Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, RIG, TS, distribution, call coverage/frequency, merchandising) for the assigned territory or channels or combination

· Implement Field Sales Plan for the assigned territory

· Develop and execute the category channel plan for the assigned category or channel or combination in line with business requirements

· Support in identification of customer Insight/actionable idea and develop execution

Job Requirements

· Fresh Graduates with bachelor's degree or above

· Strong interest and enthusiasm in FMCG or Food industry

· Fluent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing

· Willing to start from the day-to-day work, be able to learn and adapt quickly, and challenge themselves

· Rapid learning ability and teamwork spirit

· Effectively get things done with and through different types of people

· Be proactive, result-oriented, good at dealing with stress

· Blazing curiosity, willingness to accept new challenges strong leadership skills

· Pursue a long-term career development in Nestlé and can work in different cities and regions according to the company's assignment.
